Q. How much time is involved in being a member of a Cheer Central Team?
A. Each team practices one to two times a week ranging from 1 1/2 to 3 hours each practice. This allows our athletes time to be involved in other school activities and family events. During the summer we do not practice on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. This allows families time to enjoy their summer vacations.
